Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will contribute to enterprise asset management transformation initiatives by supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation activities. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality work products, support technical problem-solving, and help drive project outcomes within established timelines. In this role, you may also support junior team members and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
Work you’ll do:
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements aligned to industry and sector-specific needs
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, deployment, testing, and defect resolution
- Perform peer reviews and support quality assurance activities to maintain delivery standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation
- Build and share business process knowledge, identify improvement opportunities, and support automation and innovation initiatives

Qualifications
Required
- 3-6 years of experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) implementation and consulting
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), and IFS development tools
- Experience building or supporting application programming interface (API)-based integrations, middleware solutions, and third-party system connectors
- Experience developing custom reports, modifying workflows, and supporting system enhancements
- Experience troubleshooting system issues, improving database performance, and optimizing application behavior
- Experience with IFS Data Model, IFS Aurena, and IFS Application Server.
- Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data security best practices, system access controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Documentation Proficiency: Ability to create technical design documents (TDDs), coding guidelines, and system architecture diagrams
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree

- Power, Utilities and Renewables Industry knowledge and experience
