As an experienced Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will deliver high-quality work products within established timelines while supporting client-facing and internal project priorities. You will work across business and technology-led initiatives, helping translate complex requirements into structured analyses and actionable recommendations. In this role, you may also coordinate with junior team members and collaborate with onsite and offshore stakeholders to support project delivery.

Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements aligned to client, sector, and project objectives.
Support solution delivery across the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and defect resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and estimation to help drive timely delivery.
Conduct reviews of work products and contribute to quality assurance across project deliverables.
Develop business process knowledge, support knowledge management, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and project outcomes.

You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client’s sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical operations. By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries.

Qualifications
Required:
3-6 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business functions within Health Plans, Provider, Revenue Cycle, or Life Sciences.
Experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and documenting user journeys and functional processes.
Experience analyzing market landscape, including industry trends, regulatory topics, risk, and competitive intelligence, using primary and secondary research sources.
Experience analyzing financial and non-financial data sets to generate business insights and support decision-making.
Experience independently managing workstreams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
Knowledge of the US Health Plans landscape, including regulatory considerations, market dynamics, and current industry trends.
Experience working with stakeholders across global teams or in non-India geographies.

Preferred:
Experience with emerging technologies and their application to business problems, such as digital transformation, robotic process automation, or blockchain.
Experience with data analysis or visualization tools such as Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, or postgraduate specialization in healthcare or hospital management.
