Level: Data Management Engineer III
As a Data Management Engineer III at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Data Management Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality and integration solutions that support enterprise-scale business needs.
- Lead discussions with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impacts to technical architecture and business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy Informatica Cloud and IDMC data quality solutions, including profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, matching, and duplicate record management.
- Create technical design documents, development standards, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent delivery across environments.
- Manage task automation, agent configuration, code migration, and deployment activities using GitHub, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise code management tools.
- Facilitate agile delivery activities, review deliverables, track progress, prepare status updates, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing.
- Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science, or equivalent degree
- 6-10 years Experience in Informatica MDM.
- Experience in IDD, HM, and Match/Merge.
- Experience in DBMS concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in the following Informatica MDM Hub configurations: data modeling, data Mappings (Landing , Staging and Base Objects), data validation, match and merge rules, writing and customizing user exits, customizing an configuring Informatica data director (IDD) applications.
- Experience in integrating external applications with Informatica MDM hub using Batch process, SIF and message queues a significant advantage.
- Experience in fine tuning match/merge process and troubleshooting performance issues in Informatica MDM.
- Experience in design documents like HLD, LLD etc.
- Experience in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience tuning match and merge processes and troubleshooting performance issues in Informatica MDM
- Experience reviewing high-level design and low-level design documents
- Knowledge of master data management concepts
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality
- Knowledge of Java
