Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management
CoRe Knowledge Services (KS), part of Deloitte’s global shared services organization, serves Deloitte’s member firms worldwide.
The individual will support the Businesses & Industries (B&I) and Member Firm Engagement (MFE) teams through a centralized, One Team approach to reporting and analytics. This role is responsible for owning end-to-end metrics reporting across both teams and serving as the single point of contact for standard and custom reporting needs.
The individual in this role will serve as a liaison across all Businesses & Industries (B&I) and Member Firm Engagement (MFE) Knowledge Leads to streamline reporting, improve consistency, and enhance the quality and usability of metrics-based insights.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the CoRe Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage standard and custom reporting requests for Businesses & Industries Knowledge Leads and Member Firm Engagement teams.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, translate data into stakeholder-ready insights, and support reporting-based recommendations.
- Align with Knowledge Leads and stakeholders on reporting requirements, priorities, and outcomes across B&I and MFE.
- Establish and maintain reporting governance, including intake processes, prioritization, documentation, and turnaround expectations.
- Validate metrics data, resolve reporting anomalies with the Metrics team, and improve reporting efficiency through standardization and automation.

The Member Firm Engagement team strives to establish Knowledge Services across the CoRe and Non-CoRe Member Firms and demonstrate the value of Deloitte’s proprietary knowledge platform, Knowledge Exchange (KX), and related offerings globally.
The B&I team delivers similar work from a Businesses and Industries perspective.
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Economics, Finance, or Library and Information Science
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charting, trend analysis, and report development
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience developing stakeholder-ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience producing recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytics deliverables
- Experience documenting reporting definitions, business rules, and process guidance
- Experience working with SharePoint, databases, repositories, or knowledge management platforms
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or Knowledge Management
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Experience with reporting automation tools
- Experience supporting leadership presentations with data-driven storyboards and visuals
- Experience working with content types such as profiles, qualifications, and documents
- Experience supporting Knowledge Services, Businesses & Industries, or Member Firm Engagement environments
