Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the KX Dash, Content Acquisition Program team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of aligned content acquisition projects, including annual upload and archival planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off
- Managing cycle launches, risk reviews, data validation activities, service levels, and ongoing reporting for KX Dash deliverables
- Maintaining trackers, distribution lists, and cleanup documents in alignment with outreach guidelines and current standards
- Managing stakeholder communications, onboarding sessions, and coordination with account managers, knowledge managers, and global stakeholders
- Performing quality audits, analyzing team metrics, and driving process and technology improvements across the team
- Coaching team members, supporting performance management activities, and contributing to Knowledge Services collaboration efforts
The team
The USI Delivery Centre – Knowledge Services team supports Deloitte professionals by enabling access to knowledge, content, and operational support that helps drive quality and consistency. Within this organization, the KX Dash, Content Acquisition Program focuses on content acquisition operations, governance, and process execution across the content lifecycle. The team works with stakeholders across geographies to support timely, accurate, and scalable content management processes.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of professional experience in content acquisition, content tagging, content records maintenance, archiving, or content management activities
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Library Science; or an Master of Business Administration; or a postgraduate degree in English, Economics, or Literature
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder sign-off
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Experience performing quality audits, analyzing metrics, and implementing process improvements
- Experience coordinating with global stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience supporting process or technology enhancements, including use of generative artificial intelligence tools or methodologies
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services firm
- Experience leading stakeholder onboarding, training, or knowledge transfer sessions
- Experience managing service levels, turnaround times, or shared mailbox workflows
- Experience maintaining trackers, distribution lists, or governance documents for operational processes
- Experience supporting utilization reporting, team administration, or performance management activities
