Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management
Deloitte CoRe Knowledge Services is seeking high-performing candidate for the Deloitte Greenhouse Program. By working closely with the Program Manager and the program team, we aim to connect knowledge systems and content to boost efficiency, enhance collaboration, and improve consistency among Deloitte professionals.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the Deloitte Greenhouse team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage knowledge content operations across DNet/KX, including page and site builds, launches, updates, and maintenance activities.
- Oversee intake and tracking of knowledge requests, align deliverables to agreed priorities, and coordinate with stakeholders through completion.
- Execute quality assurance and content governance activities, including audits, link validation, navigation review, formatting checks, metadata review, tagging, and content cleanup.
- Develop and maintain reporting on site usage, adoption, and content performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead day-to-day team operations for Analysts and Senior Analysts, including work allocation, coaching, reporting, performance management, and delivery oversight.
The team
This team is involved in the processes of maintaining sites, pages that are extensively used by internal practitioners. As content managers, we are responsible for creating٫ improving and maintaining content with the goal of achieving business objectives.
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in content management, knowledge management, intranet publishing, or site administration.
- Experience using content management platforms such as SharePoint 2010.
- Experience building, launching, and maintaining pages or sites in an enterprise content environment.
- Experience managing intake workflows, tracking requests, and coordinating deliverables with stakeholders.
- Experience performing quality assurance for published content, including links, navigation, formatting, metadata, and tagging.
- Experience leading team operations, including work allocation, coaching, and performance management of junior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting internal knowledge portals or collaboration platforms.
- Experience creating metrics, dashboards, or reporting for site usage and content adoption.
- Experience improving search optimization, taxonomy, or content findability.
- Experience working with stakeholders across geographies, including US teams.
