Product Specialist
Deloitte Global seeks a Senior Product Analyst with experience in digital marketing and digital products to assist with a long-term project. The Senior Product Analyst will work with a global team on a major global initiative to plan and monitor business activities during the project. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key influencer in shaping Deloitte Global’s digital marketing agenda and priorities, along with leading the delivery of a cutting-edge and market-leading approach across the Deloitte network.
The Senior Product Analyst will be aligned to support the Digital Channels & Ecosystems Strategy team within the Global Brand.
Work you'll do
As a Product Specialist on the Global Brand team, you will be responsible for supporting digital product activities, stakeholder coordination, and release readiness across global marketing initiatives.
- Support product management activities by identifying, documenting, and tracking stakeholder priorities and enhancement requests
- Collaborate with technology business analysts and product stakeholders to review requirements for new features and functionality
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities for digital channel product releases, including testing new features and reporting feedback
- Assist with product administration activities, including user access management, team site support, and status reporting for program leadership
- Support vendor coordination, documentation development, training materials, site audits, and engagement with country marketing teams as needed

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience working with digital products, digital platforms, or digital marketing in a fast-paced or large global environment
- Experience documenting and tracking stakeholder priorities, enhancement requests, or product requirements
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing for product releases
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or program status updates
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology teams, vendors, or marketing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred:
- Advanced degree
- Experience supporting website, digital channel, or digital product initiatives
- Experience working with global stakeholders or country marketing teams
- Experience performing site audits or supporting adherence to digital standards
- Experience with product or program administration activities, including user access management and team site coordination
