Associate, Production

Then this may be the perfect role for you as the KX Platforms team is looking for people who can help manage internal knowledge sharing platforms and search solutions, understanding its lifecycle and contribute to the platform roadmap to continually improve platform experience.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Production on the KX Platforms and Search team, you will be responsible for supporting product enhancement, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination for knowledge sharing platforms and search solutions.

  • Support product release activities by documenting test cases, executing test scenarios, and validating expected results.
  • Partner with product owners, product leads, and technology teams to understand enhancement requirements and support delivery activities.
  • Conduct smoke testing and issue validation, report defects, and track updates through resolution.
  • Gather and synthesize end-user feedback to support product recommendations and continuous platform improvement.
  • Participate in Agile-based release processes, stakeholder meetings, automation efforts, and knowledge transfer activities.

The team

The KX Platforms and Search team is a part of Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering a futuristic and unified experience by providing constant innovation and enhancements to knowledge sharing platforms features, interface, and architecture. The team also optimizes the content on Internal knowledge sharing tools and improve its visibility, making sure that the knowledge management platforms are abreast of the constant evolution in KM technologies and are continually enhanced per practitioners’ needs.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in product support, platform operations, quality assurance, content management, knowledge management, or website maintenance
  • Experience supporting test case creation, test execution, smoke testing, or user acceptance testing activities
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum delivery methodology
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, HTML, or internal portal maintenance
  • Experience coordinating with product, technology, and business stakeholders
  • Exposure to knowledge management tools, content management tools, or search platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience in a professional services organization
  • Exposure to SPFx, jQuery, Python, React JS, CSS, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks
  • Exposure to Adobe XD, Figma, or other interface design tools
  • Knowledge of internet research tools, online information databases, and search engines
  • Exposure to Generative Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering, natural language processing, or machine learning
  • Experience creating process documentation or training materials
