Associate, Production
Deloitte Global is seeking an Analyst with experience in digital marketing, digital platforms, and content operations to support a Deloitte.com Global team initiatives focused on website building, campaign support, content optimization & audits, and digital experience strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Deloitte’s evolving digital presence by contributing to a major global website transformation. The Analyst will work closely with the Global marketing teams and Project managers to execute publishing requests and collaborate with product teams and local country teams as needed across the Deloitte network to support the delivery of a consistent, high-quality digital experience.
The role sits within the Global Brand function, in the Global Digital Experience organization, and reports to the Channels & Ecosystems team.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Production on the Global Brand team, you will be responsible for:
- Creating, publishing, and maintaining digital content for Deloitte.com, including web pages, imagery, and other digital assets
- Gathering, organizing, and clarifying business and content requirements from marketing teams across the Deloitte Global network
- Managing web content in Adobe Experience Manager and MSM environments to support scalable publishing across markets
- Coordinating content distribution across global digital channels and supporting social media publishing aligned to campaign priorities and editorial calendars
- Collaborating with content, technology, product, UX/UI, and country teams to support digital experience delivery, content reviews, issue resolution, and rollout activities

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or content optimization
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience conducting content audits, site health reviews, or digital content publishing activities
- Experience supporting social media publishing or digital marketing tools
- Experience supporting global brand campaigns or digital content for multinational organizations
Preferred:
- Experience working in multinational organizations
- Experience applying search engine optimization practices to digital content
- Experience working with digital asset management processes
