Deloitte Clients, Strategy & Growth organizations – USI Digital - Specialist, Analytics and Insights 

 

Work you’ll do

We are recruiting an expert for reporting analyst and storytelling at the specialist level as part of our team. This role will interface various teams within the Clients, Strategy & Growth Organization and the firm. The individual must be creative, forward-thinking, and able to uncover answers to the burning research questions by analyzing structured and unstructured data.

The professional has to support pursuit leadership and stakeholders by analyzing reporting needs, delivering accurate and responsive analytics, and turning complex data into clear insights. He/she/they will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, data management, data governance, visualization, insights generation and the development of self-service reporting tools that improve process automation and strengthen the Pursuit CoE. This individual will be expected to demonstrate both technical and business acumen to create efficient reporting solutions, tell the story through numbers, and add tangible value to the U.S. Pursuit team and its broader stakeholders. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn the Pursuit business, understand stakeholder needs, and use data, reporting, and technology to support better decision-making and business outcomes.

Skillsets required:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining reports, ETL workflows, and interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder. Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, dashboard optimization, data refreshes, permissions, and basic governance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Tableau capabilities, including calculated fields, parameters, actions, filters, dashboard navigation, and data blending, to develop scalable, user-friendly, and production-ready BI solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, common table expressions, aggregations, window functions, data validation, and query optimization.
  • Strong experience with data wrangling, data quality assessment, data preparation, and data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables, and data relationships.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, and executive-ready presentation development.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, define meaningful KPIs, interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing analytics deliverables across the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production support.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices, including planning, prioritization, status reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and risks while maintaining attention to quality and detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings, facilitating requirements discussions, managing client expectations, and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, professional judgment, ownership, and commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in ambiguous or evolving business environments.

India CSG is focused on quality and operational excellence, constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. The mission of CSG is to support, augment, and complement Deloitte's marketing efforts by developing marketing and business development materials and services.

  • Any Graduation Degree (BE/B.Tech preferred)
  • MBA from reputed institutes (Good to have)

Work Location: Hyderabad

 

Shift timing:

2 PM to 11 PM
