We are looking for an experienced front-end leader with expertise in translating UI/UX designs into production-ready code, building scalable, reusable solutions, and optimizing application performance, security, and usability. Proven ability to manage teams, resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring code quality, brand consistency, and delivery within scope. Strong background in Agile practices, talent development, and aligning front-end execution with business goals.
Work you'll do
- Lead front-end development activities, develop reusable code, scalable architecture, and production-ready UI implementation.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code while validating technical feasibility and design accuracy.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability, brand consistency, and delivery quality.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, front-end best practices, and modern development frameworks.
- Apply strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, prototyping tools, front-end architecture, and design patterns.
- Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future capability and skill needs.
Team Management:
- Support recruitment, performance management, stakeholder management, and training development for the team.
- Assist in onboarding and motivating team members.
- Address problems and handle difficult conversations effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support delivery.
- Contribute to team growth through training and coaching.
- Manage projects, resource utilization, and delivery within scope and quality standards.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with D3.js, Node.js, React.js, and AngularJS
- Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and containerization tools such as Jenkins and Docker
- Experience with data visualization tools and implementation best practices
- Experience designing and implementing front-end test automation
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Ability to travel 0%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7–9 years of front-end development experience / D3 development
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of 6–8 professionals
