The Workflow Coordinator will support DTickets operations by helping manage shared inbox activity, ticket administration support, reconciliation reporting, inventory updates, communications, and special projects. Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Corporate Services on the DTickets team, you will be responsible for supporting ticketing workflows, portfolio coordination, reporting, and team communications.
- Manage shared inbox activity by categorizing requests, responding to general inquiries, maintaining organized communications, and escalating priority items to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support ticketing operations by monitoring orders, assisting with approval workflows, troubleshooting general issues, and maintaining inventory updates across portfolios and markets.
- Assist with reconciliation activities by monitoring finance-related communications, updating reporting items, routing inquiries, and coordinating escalations as needed.
- Develop, update, and maintain operational documents, communications, trackers, and reference materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) tools, and Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare weekly summaries, track pending items, and support coverage transitions to help maintain visibility across operational priorities and workflow handoffs.
- Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement efforts through reporting support, data cleanup, event monitoring, and consolidation of information from multiple sources.

The DTickets team is a collaborative, service-oriented team that supports ticket administration activities across portfolios and markets. This role will contribute to day-to-day execution, team coordination, and process support in a dynamic virtual environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Flexible between 8:00 AM ET and 8:00 PM ET
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of workflow coordination, administrative support, ticketing support, finance support, or service operations experience in a corporate or similar professional environment
- Graduation
- Experience supporting shared inboxes, service requests, or portfolio-based workflows
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) tools, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience preparing reports, trackers, reconciliations, or operational documentation
- Ability to work schedules aligned to U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday, with coverage between 8:00 a.m. ET and 8:00 p.m. ET, and occasional weekend support as needed
- Experience using business applications or internal tools to manage orders, inventory, communications, or workflow activity
Preferred:
- Prior contractor experience in an administrative, workflow, or operational support role
- Experience supporting ticketing operations, shared inbox management, or portfolio-based workflows
- Experience with Ticket Manager or similar ticketing, inventory, or order management platforms
- Experience supporting reconciliation activities, credit card reporting, or finance-related administrative processes
- Advanced Excel experience, including reporting, data cleanup, tracking, and analysis
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or cross-functional projects
