Work you’ll do

This role is a part of the US Enterprise Solutions Culture & Belonging (C&B), Well-Being (WB), and Purpose Experience Team that supports the experience of US/USI/USCR professionals in ES. The ES Experience Team leads the development and implementation of our C&B, WB, and Purpose strategic priorities across the ES Channels to strengthen inclusion and belonging, advance well-being, and elevate purpose—enabling a premier Talent experience for all professionals.

You will support the US ES Culture & Belonging (C&B), Well-Being (WB), and Purpose Experience team in leading the operations for all ES professionals in US attendance in DU CEB Summits & external conventions, managing and analyzing programmatic data, measuring & analyzing professional sentiment, providing strategic communications to Channel Experience Champions & Community Champions, engaging key stakeholders across the Channels & National CEB Office, designing and delivering strategic initiatives, maintaining C&B, WB, and Purpose Experience communication vehicles, and implementing or driving programmatic efforts to further a culture of inclusion and belonging, well-being, and purpose. Work and expectations include:

  • Lead end-to-end operations for ES participation in ~8 ES external Conventions and ~3 internal Summits per FY; including headcount, nomination, registration, back charging, on-site experience processes for ES professionals
  • Manage clear, transparent and risk-compliant communications to selected and non-selected professionals to proactively manage risk for Summits/Conventions
  • Build, maintain, and enhance ES C&B, WB, and Purpose Experience programmatic analytics, visualizations, and leadership insight to measure impact of program in furthering a culture of inclusion and belonging, well-being, and purpose. Examples include:
    • Survey design/analysis, data tracking, and program/people experience insights & visualizations
    • Launch new-hire acclimation insights
    • Tracking Art of Allyship (and other CEB signature) learning completions and supporting promotions
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders like ES Experience Champions (15+), Community Champions (8+), and National CEB & MES teams on data requests, budget requests, and reporting
  • Manage key stakeholder engagements and corresponding materials including communications, programmatic materials, Champion meeting materials, etc. Examples may include invitations to, and action items from, professional engagement events/town halls, agendas for and key takeaways from champion or leadership meetings as well as general program and resources updates for executive leaders
  • Update and maintain C&B, WB, and Purpose Experience DNet page(s)
  • Support periodic refreshes of ES C&B, WB, and Purpose strategic priorities; assessing impact of project and initiative outcomes in furthering ES Experience strategy; and advising Channels in crafting their own priorities to help drive a culture of inclusion and belonging, well-being, and purpose
  • Execute and support projects, programming, and initiatives that enhance ES strategic priorities
  • Contribute to high quality, timely deliverables, and work products in support of ES Experience strategic priorities, such as slide presentations, programmatic data analysis and insights, stakeholder communications, and short-term planning

·       Draft and/or support communications for ES leadership as well as ES-wide and channel-specific communications, as needed, to support priorities

The individual selected for this role must be passionate and enthusiastic about Culture and Belonging, Well-Being, and Purpose and its mission, and must be able to build strong relationships, collaborate across channels and geographies, communicate effectively to executive audiences, navigate ambiguity and rapid pivots, and elevate issues to the appropriate levels.

About the Team

Under the direction of the Enterprise Solutions (ES) Culture & Belonging, Well-Being, and Purpose Experience Leader, the team is responsible for developing and driving the ES Culture & Belonging, Well-Being, and Purpose Experience strategy in US/USI/USCR in partnership with the Chief Culture, Experience, and Belonging Officer of the US Firms, Chief Well-Being Officer of the US Firms, Chief Purpose Officer of the US Firms, Chief Talent Officer of the US Firms, ES Leadership, and ES People Leadership. This role will report directly to the ES Culture & Belonging, Well-Being, and Purpose Experience Deputy/Senior Manager, and focus on ES efforts to advance a culture of inclusion, well-being and purpose where all of our people can connect, belong, and thrive.

Required Qualifications:                                            

  • 2–3+ years of related experience in strategy, inclusion/Talent, communications, data/insights, and/or change management
  • Executive-ready communication skills (written and verbal), including leadership engagement and stakeholder relationship management
  • Data and insights experience, including analysis, visualization, dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), data storytelling, and strong data quality discipline (governance, auditing, standardization, repeatable reporting)
  • Survey design and methodology experience (question design, bias awareness, quantitative + open-text/thematic analysis)
  • Experience developing engaging program materials and communications (creative, interactive, audience-appropriate)
  • Project/program management experience (workplans, dependencies, RAID, timelines across multiple concurrent efforts)
  • Event/program operations experience (registrations, run-of-show, on-site/real-time issue triage)
  • Budgeting/financial administration experience (forecasting, expense tracking, back-charging, reconciliations)
  • Risk/compliance and confidentiality judgment (sensitive participant/selection data; escalation practices)
  • Knowledge management/content operations experience (e.g., owning/updating DNet pages, content governance, version control)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms, Teams)
