Senior Analyst – Culture, Experience & Belonging - Hyderabad

We seek a self-motivated and passionate Senior Analyst to support our Culture & Belonging initiatives. This is a full-time role.

The Role would include:

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of awareness and inclusion events, campaigns, and educational activities.

• Contribute to content development and provide logistical assistance to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

• Assist in monitoring, tracking, and effectively communicating progress and milestones related to these programs.

• Gather, analyze, and report on key metrics and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements and demonstrate impact.

• Develop compelling case studies and success stories that highlight progress, achievements, and the overall impact of these efforts.

Qualifications

Education / Background

Eligibility: 3+ yrs Analyst / Senior Analyst

Bachelor’s degree required | 3 - 4 years of professional experience (internships, volunteer work, or project work related to Culture and Belonging, community work would be an advantage).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to inclusion efforts.
