About the team
The Strategy & Technology organization brings together Deloitte's (US) Strategy, Technology, and Innovation capabilities, as well as our efforts to scale Alliances & Ecosystems firmwide. The S&T team strives to position the firm to harness the unparalleled opportunities that arise from disruptive forces at the crossroads of strategy and technology. The team helps in setting the long-term direction for Deloitte, its businesses, and enabling areas by applying an integrated, strategic approach to complex, high-impact issues, and opportunities. The team also provides programmatic support and develops ad hoc assessments to supplement firm leaders’ knowledge of Deloitte’s competitive landscape.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail to join the Strategy & Technology team in India. The role provides an opportunity to work on US firm/business strategy, innovation strategy, competitive intelligence, and tech strategy projects.
You’ll act as a team player with a primary focus on research and analysis that facilitates business decision-making. As a member of the S&T team in India (USI), you would conduct market research and competitive analyses on relevant Deloitte’s businesses. In this role, you would also develop analyses on existing competitor developments, market dynamics, key technology and competitor trends that impact the demand for professional services and as a result, Deloitte's businesses. The professional will work with India and U.S.-based Deloitte colleagues.
Skillsets required:
· Ability to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology to connect dots and/or look for patterns and insights
· Conduct in-depth research on competitors, emerging market trends/technologies and articulate their impact on sectors, and Deloitte’s businesses
· Excellent strategic thinking and knowledge of strategy development, competitive strategy, business transformation, scenario planning, and service delivery transformation
· Identify new trends, topics, competitor/vendor announcements through relevant, credible data sources and articulate why is it important for Deloitte and its clients to take note, through proof points
· Support and review quantitative and qualitative analysis including market segmentation and sizing, market trend and competitive landscape analyses, business modeling, operations analysis, etc.
· Deliver relevant, accurate, comprehensive research as per quality standards and provide incisive summaries of research findings for Deloitte leadership and strategy team members, promptly
· Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Work hours: 11 AM – 8 PM IST
