Sourcing – Senior Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The USI Sourcing Senior Analyst will be part of an internal sourcing team that delivers direct sourcing capability for onshore stakeholders.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will be:
· Part of an internal sourcing team that delivers direct sourcing capability for onshore stakeholders.
· Identify future hiring needs and proactively develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals for regularly occurring Deloitte roles
· Focused on identifying, attracting and sourcing appropriate candidates for live roles within onshore and creating Talent pools anticipating future demands
· Utilise direct sourcing channels including advertising, social media, job boards and media channels to source both active and passive candidates with highly desirable skills sets to meet business demand, reducing dependency on 3rd party agencies and their associated costs
· Collaborate with Sourcing / Recruitment managers to understand role requirements
· Interact with professionals on niche platforms, as appropriate for specific critical roles
· Review online CV’s to pre-screen candidates against pre-agreed criteria
· Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates on suitability and interest in relevant roles
· Proactively search for referrals from internal and external networks for critical roles
· Log candidate information on relevant Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal databases
· Bring ideas and practices to improve direct sourcing activities and team capability
· Contribute and feed in to measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
· Reports to the USI Sourcing Assistant Manager
· Ensure compliance with QRS first line of defense activities and appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.
Qualifications
Required:
· Any Graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
· Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS’s) and other Human Resources Information Systems and software ie, Avature, Taleo, Success Factors, Field Glass etc
· Strong understanding of social networks, professional sites, job boards and CV databases
· Good knowledge of Employment Law legislation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good time-management skills with the ability to handle high volume open positions simultaneously
· Proficient with current IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc) Skills and Capabilities
· Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
· Builds productive relationships within their team and other teams that enables them to complete their work effectively
· Manages own work against objectives and collaborates with others to ensure deadlines are met
· Actively focuses on understanding how daily work contributes to staying ahead of the competition
· Presents a coherent idea or case and develops reports/presentations and communications using concise messaging
· Maintains a positive, professional attitude and articulates thoughts and ideas in a composed manner to instil confidence in others.
