HR Services Admin - Onboarding - Senior Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join our team of dedicated HR professionals in USI who support the UK HR Services Administration team. The primary function of the USI HR Services Admin Onboarding Senior Analyst role is to enable a smooth end to end Onboarding experience, making sure that the new joiners are supported and onboarded within set deadlines.

Work you’ll do

As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:

·       Delivery of the end to end processes such as:

·        Experienced hire onboarding, student onboarding, and associate onboarding case management

·        Employee screening; Deloitte personal files audits

·        Mailbox management, Work Allocation, Quality checking, Reporting

·       High attention to detail is critical; strong customer service focus; problem solving skills; and the drive to take an issue and see it through to resolution.

·       SAP (HR system) related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.

·       Deliver excellent service and ensure service level agreements are met by supporting the Analysts achieving KPIs and SLAs by monitoring work volumes and escalate potential non achievement to the Assistant Manager.

·       Provide a customer focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of activities and queries.

·       Operate utilising software such as ServiceNow to give the best experience for our new joiners.

·       Excellent communication both verbal and written. Provide high quality written advice and guidance on a range for Onboarding queries.

·       Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.

·       Point of contact for escalations of complex issues from Analysts in the team. Escalate more complex queries to the Assistant Manager.

·       Ensure work is appropriately distributed and completed within the team accurately and in a timely manner, including data integrity/maintenance within the case management system.

·       Identify opportunities for process/efficiency improvement and work on them with the Assistant Manager.

·       Work allocation based on priority, peer checking/quality audit to be done for all transactions processed by the team on a daily basis, the findings to be shared with the Lead.

·       Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments.

·       Liaison with other teams as appropriate.

·       Ensure compliance with QRS first line of defence activities and appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

·       Any Graduate degree with 4-6 years of HRS / relevant work experience

·       HR administration experience

·       Experience of the core Microsoft Office package Preferred:

·       Technical Knowledge of SAP or other HR systems

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
