HR Services - Analyst – Business Reporting - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join our team of dedicated HR professionals who support HR Operations which includes the service delivery for a varied service starting from interview management, onboarding, extensions, separation and invoice payment processes. The primary function of the role is to deliver customer centric hire to retire services, ensuring that service level agreements are met, and the work output is of a high quality. The successful candidate will be supporting the business reporting areas and will build key partnerships with talent leaders to understand and deliver on business needs by working closely with Associate Admin Team in USI and Associate Resourcing Team in the UK.
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:
· Preparation and production of fixed reporting – to include but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, ETC, supplier reporting/metrics and Finance reporting (including Margin Capture)
· Ad-hoc reporting
· Production of templates for the team in the HROB, ETC, Finance and SAP Fieldglass processes
· Working with VMS to produce data samples for DART team to work with.
- Produce specific and complex management reporting with people data from SAP / Fieldglass.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality.
- Understand stakeholder requirements for new report requests, and advises on best practice approaches to report development including use of direct access
- Build and own management reporting processes and procedures in conjunction with recruiting, onboarding and other HR reporting functions
- Train and educate others on the methods and value of reporting
- Deliver services ensuring service level agreements are met
· Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure
· Escalate more complex queries to the Assistant Manager.
· Ensure work is completed independently with minimal supervision, in a timely manner, including data integrity/maintenance within the case management system
· Stay up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments
· Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation.
- Liaison with other external vendors/agencies providing solutions if problem arises.
- Handle and manage all business, vendor and contractor queries, partner and coordinate with different internal teams understanding the criticality of the process.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
The team
The USI team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services. The team delivers the services for contingent workforce dealing with external market, vendors/agencies dealing with contingent workforce in UK and SWISS Geography.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate degree with 1-5 years of work experience
- Extensive technical Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Sharepoint / Teams, SAP Fieldglass.
- Working knowledge on Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to core hr, recruiting, and overall people data.
- Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators
- Knowledge of HR data privacy laws, information security and quality principles.
- Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures
- Excellent teaming skills required to work in a virtual work environment. A self-starter, self-motivated and able to work with specific but minimal direction.
- Experience in UK service delivery – minimum 1 year
Preferred:
· Advanced Excel skills such as VBA, macros etc.
