At Deloitte, we are looking at hiring a resource management support professional who can work closely on managing the staffing data of businesses like Tax & Tax Technology.
An eye for details, collecting data, evaluating information, generating reports is a pre-requisite for the role.
Work you’ll do:
As an RM analyst, you get an opportunity to use various staffing tools for scheduling, data
management, reporting, follow-up with practitioners and analysis. Engage in conversations with the team members to
understand their data requirements and help them in managing their open needs/Demands for
deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources for across all the geographies in the NSE Team.
Your key responsibilities include:
As an RM Analyst in the NSE team, you will be responsible to focus on Scheduling, data
maintenance, process excellence, and providing seamless client experience. It is expected you will
have a thorough knowledge of the staffing tools and processes.
Some of the key deliverables will be:
- Maintain high level of proficiency in all Resource Management tools and relevant Deloitte
- technology resources.
- Ensure hygiene factors for the assigned population are met as defined by the respective
- business in STAFFIT and other platforms
- Support the data requirements of the Resource Manager and key stakeholders in the business.
- Maintain data with quality and SLAs.
- Work Request Comprehension skills/understanding specifications.
- Understanding overall objective of tasks / Projects / assignments
- Adherence to processes and maintain consistency of work deliverables with regards to Data
- management and Reporting activities
- Generating Reports and Analysis for the Resource Managers.
- Assist with summarizing conversations and conference calls with the leadership and deployment discussions.
- Share status updates on our ongoing activities and tasks.
- Support ongoing resource management special projects and initiatives, as available and needed.

with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RM processes are designed to
balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RM team culture is open and

take ownership of their careers and also build their own eminence.
Qualifications Required:
• Postgraduate or Graduate in HR or any other stream
• 2-4 years of overall experience in supporting an HR workstream or a shared services model
Preferred:
• Good knowledge of MS office
Shift Timings:
• 11 AM – 8 PM
