Work you’ll do
The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the broader technology insights life cycle. As a change management specialist, you will work across multiple Tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists and the team within the Tax Transformation Office. Project related activities include:
Help conduct stakeholder analysis to identify, understand, and prioritize key individuals and groups affected by change.
ü Maintain and update detailed stakeholder lists throughout the change process.
ü Assist in identifying and assessing the impacts and implications of proposed changes across relevant areas.
ü Help develop and execute action plans to manage and support successful change implementation.
ü Support the Transformation Network by enabling and engaging change champions across business units.
ü Help define, collate, and assess adoption metrics to measure change progress and effectiveness.
ü Help develop clear communications and manage responses and inquiries through a shared mailbox.
ü Support to design and administer user surveys, then analyze feedback to inform change activities.
ü Support the creation and delivery of training programs to help users adapt to new processes and technologies.
ü Help assess organizational readiness for change using surveys, interviews, and readiness workshops.
ü Prepare and provide executive reporting on change-related progress, risks, and outcomes.
ü Demonstrate the ability to perform job responsibilities across various geographies and adapt to local needs.
ü Develop a strong understanding of Deloitte standards, processes, and technology to ensure alignment and compliance.
The Team
The Tax Transformation Office is responsible for the definition of standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, and the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on adoption including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field, (Masters would be add-on).
- 3+ years human capital and change management experience
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Stakeholder analysis and/or leadership alignment
- Experience developing change management key messages and developing communication using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model; sometimes there may be different shifts to help drive workshops
Preferred:
- Relevant certification, Prosci, Agile or PMP certification
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Adoption planning
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Working knowledge of data management and metrics
