Job purpose
This is an entry-level position, and you will be responsible for working with L1 and L2 support personnel to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide support to resolve technical issues related to our application(s). Our applications are used by Deloitte’s Global Employer Services member firms and clients so the successful candidate should have strong client service and communication skills as well as the ability to deliver projects on time in a dynamic team environment. The candidate will receive training on existing as well as next generation tools.
Key job responsibilities <<what work candidate will do>>:
· Work with different stakeholders at Deloitte, Deloitte Member Firms and Vendors to effectively maintain content changes to our application so that it complies with regulations in 100 plus countries
· Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve productions support issues
· Effectively communicate to Design Elaborations based on production support and day-to-day activities for better product design
· Effectively collaborate with L1 and L3 support teams to find solutions to problems
Education/Background:
UG: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc
PG: ME/M.Tech/M.Sc (Optional)
Key skills desired
Must have:
· 1-2 years of hands-on experience in any programming language (Preferably C#)
· Understanding application-server architectures and open standard formats such as XML, JSON, web APIs , database(SQL/PostgreSQL) and data analysis.
· Professional writing and oral communication skills
· Comfortable working in a cosmopolitan, dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Independent contribution skills including taking initiatives and pointing out problems
· Attention to detail, keeping time, compliance and resource constraints in mind at all times
· Strong commitment to user experience and interpersonal skills
