Job purpose:
This position requires configuring and supporting global Payroll applications as per client needs. As part of system configuration, you will need to document and seek client’s sign off on business requirements, configure and test the system as per the requirements. In the support role you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to global Payroll tools by liaising with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment. This position requires, customer contact, and you must possess excellent communication, consulting, and probing skills to effectively manage client expectations. The Global Product Team is an integral part of our Global Payroll offering, playing a crucial role in the successful deployment and ongoing support of our platform. This team's dedication to client satisfaction, global coordination, and continuous improvement is essential for the success of our products and the growth of our business.

Key job responsibilities:
· Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
· Play a key role in driving Payroll integrations with various enterprise systems.
· Customize and configure the platform to meet the specific needs of each client
· Collaborate with the third-party vendor initially to acquire necessary skills and knowledge for independent operation.
· Coordinate the connection to local payroll teams in different countries, ensuring seamless integration with the platform.
· Serve as the central point of contact for all global product-related activities.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with local teams and stakeholders.
· Develop and implement training programs to upskill team members on platform functionalities and new features
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for setup processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
· Comfortable in working with end-users, other members of the technology team, and third-party vendors to identify and fix issues.
· Ability to work closely with a third-party team, such as product management, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and customer needs.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, workflows, provide feedback on product enhancements based on user feedback and market trends
· Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
· Demonstrate capability of handling high work pressure during peak seasons
Key skills required:
· Basic understanding of the payroll domain is a plus.
· Proven experience in product configuration, particularly with SaaS products.
· Knowledge of PHP and python.
· Knowledge of the UBUNTU Linux system.
· Good understanding of creating Regex.
· Good to have knowledge on JSON.
· Strong project management and coordination skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate a global team.
· Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools
· High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
Education/Background:
College coursework: B.Tech (CSE/ IT)
Any Specific written tests to be conducted for this position:
Excel, Extensive SQL coding
