Tax Senior- Rewards Advisory

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Senior to join our growing Pay Equity & Transparency and Total Rewards Advisory within our Reward practice. In this role, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of reward matters, ensuring their rewards practices are competitive, effective, and compliant with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will work on diverse client projects, collaborating with colleagues and leveraging and developing your expertise in reward strategy, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and more.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the design and support the implementation of total reward strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with client business goals and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct detailed analysis of market compensation data, grading structures, and pay frameworks. Support the execution of comprehensive pay and benefits benchmarking across various regions and sectors.
- Contribute to the development and application of client job evaluation methodologies and techniques.
- Support clients in navigating and meeting regulatory requirements, such as EU Pay Transparency, and contribute to the design of transparent and equitable pay structures.
- : Analyse client pay data to identify, interpret, and explain potential gender pay gaps, and assist in developing tailored solutions.
- Support the facilitation of client workshops and interviews, gathering essential information, context, and data to understand their specific reward challenges and objectives.
- : Contribute to the design and development of incentive plans for the wider workforce, including all-employee share purchase plans, recognition, wellbeing, and benefit plans.
- Actively contribute to project delivery, managing specific tasks and workstreams under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager.
- Assist in developing communication materials and support the delivery of training sessions to stakeholders on reward and pay equity topics.
- Support the establishment of governance frameworks for clients, including contributing to the creation of tools, processes, and training materials.
- Utilise AI tools and support the design of processes for efficient data collection related to gender pay gap reporting.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and client pitches.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Total Rewards design, incentive design and Performance Management.
- Methodologies and application of job evaluation, job architecture, reward philosophy, policies and processes, reward strategy linkage with business objectives, and bonus plans.
- Conducting job evaluations and developing gender-neutral job classification systems.
- EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Gender pay gap reporting, pay equity and transparency.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Awareness of Power BI or other advanced reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
