Talent Business Analyst (Operations)

A Business Analyst (Operations) is responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Consulting Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent Services.
What You Will Do:
As a Business Analyst (Operations) you will be the catalyst to the adoption of the change brought about by th transition to a new HRIS across the organization and ensure that the effectiveness of the Talent strategies are enhanced further by the efficiency of the operations processes and tools in the following ways:
• Owner of all Processes under the Talent Operations Umbrella; One stop for all the working knowledge and steps to follow for all the processes under the scope of Talent Operations
• Set and meet Quality parameters on all the processes being executed or reports being published; as part of the Operations Team you will also own the responsibility of ensuring the team remains green on all compliance metrics
• Be the point of contact for all knowledge on the Tools and the automated accelerators being leveraged for delivery of Talent Services
• Create and maintain literature around the Tool functionality details while liaising with the development teams; Documentation of SLAs around technical aspects like TAT for change requests. All of this while being adept as a first point basic troubleshooter
• Ensure familiarity and Ease of Operations for all the users of the various tools. Accomplish this through educational drives, dip check surveys on the understanding levels of the users; Prompt resolutions of queries
• Timely review of the Processes / Reports and Tool traffic & usage to determine and report on their Utility regular intervals; Identify and Eliminate Sub Process Steps if it has outlived its utility and / or prevents the agility in delivery of service
• Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills to network and collaborate with cross functional teams (CoEs / CTS) that may be dependencies for the changes / upkeep of the tool / processes
• Being conversant and competent in sourcing data and analyzing them to demonstrate trends across various metrics as may be required time to time
The Team
The Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Business Advisory (Operations) team, you will work with our internal stakeholders in the Talent and other cross functional teams to create and ensure a robust Operations support that furthers the seamless implementation of Talent strategies across the firm

Required:
• Education: MBA or Masters in HR (Tier 3 Business Schools)
• Experience : 0 to 1.5 Years
Preferred Skills:
• Fluently Conversant with Excel and Power point
• Comprehension, Probing and Articulation ability
• Attention to detailing at granular level
• Ability to understand logical progression in a process flow
• Advanced levels of interpersonal skills to be able to work with cross functional teams
• Stakeholder management abilities while working in a matrixed environment
