As a Process Analyst, you will interact with the team, internal stakeholders, manage team to deliver high-quality deliverables that will be essential to the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.

Job Summary

The Performance Management CFAM (PM) Analyst is responsible for executing the PM lifecycle consistently and efficiently in support of the FSS business group/workstreams in collaboration with the PM Specialists, PM Senior Analysts, PM Managers, PM Senior Managers.

The PM CFAM Analyst is responsible for the transactional and operational tasks enabling seamless execution of the PM processes for the assigned business group. Due to Deloitte’s data-driven PM process, the PM Analyst must be a detail oriented and an analytical thinker capable of producing high-quality deliverables leveraging PM data.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

Process execution

            Takes direction from the PM Specialists and Managers and escalates potential issues and concerns.

            Support the execution of all PM Process for the aligned Business and Workstreams. Troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions.

            Executes logistics as needed for PM-owned meetings under the direction of the PM Specialists and Managers.

            Prepares materials and reports in support of meetings ensuring high-quality deliverables.

            Managing stakeholders, having connects to understand upcoming activities and plan for delivery

Data analysis and reporting

            Generates PM reports and reviews reports generated by reporting team for identified processes ensuring high accuracy and quality

            Updates and reviews trackers and lists managed by the PM team

            Being the owner, maintains PM data and ensures it is accurate and corrected

            Reviews data output for risks and escalates issues as needed

Communications

            Manages inquiries for all processes; escalates to PM Specialists or Managers as needed

            Drafts and sends out various emails with guidance from the PM Specialist

            Initiates compliance reminders as required under the direction of the PM Specialists and Managers

            Demonstrates strong communication skills across the business & workstreams to ensure collaboration with in CFAM team and specialist, along with the appropriate stakeholders

 Training and skills development

            Completes training courses to keep skill set up to date

            Discusses areas of improvement with leadership and seeks out professional development opportunities to close potential gaps

            Advises PM Analysts as needed on the PM processes and shares best practices to improve the process and gain efficiencies

Process Excellence

            Executes the PM lifecycle in partnership with PM Specialists and PM Managers.

            Owns the execution of the PM processes for the assigned business group/workstream including, but not limited to, Check Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Low Performers etc.

            Troubleshoots potential process issues and provides solutions

            Collaborates with PM Lead, other PM Managers and Process and Operations Lead on identifying process efficiencies

            Play different roles with in CFAM at least one or two (Business POC, Workstream Co-Lead, WS Lead) In these roles - Responsible to ensure readiness & be aware of timelines and need to Communicate and collaborate, ensure timely delivery with quality of all assigned tasks Cross WS and Business

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

            Bachelor’s degree, 1 – 5 years of Human Resource Management or related experience/ masters in HR/Business Management/certification in HR

            Prior experience in generating reports and analyzing data

 Required Technical Skills:

            Generates reports, interprets data, and identifies trends and performance insights, communicates clearly.

            Moves work forward proactively with limited guidance from the PM Specialists.

            Thinks Strategically and effectively, prioritizing tasks

            Exhibits flexibility and learning agility

            Demonstrates creative problem – solving skills

            Manages reporting requests and rosters, scheduled tasks on a continuous basis

            Identifies issues and resolves effectively – knows when to escalate issues to specialist and Managers as appropriate

            Effectively leverage tools such Tableau, SFDC, Service Now etc.

            Handles confidential information according to Deloitte Administrative Policy Release (APR) guidelines

            Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must
