Talent Services- Delivery Executive Manager– USI Learning Delivery

Location: Hyderabad

The Talent Services (TS) USI Learning delivery team provides end-to-end support for delivery of learning programs in USI, including logistics management, program management, vendor management and onsite support.

Work you’ll do

·       Serving the USI Talent Growth & Development (G&D) teams for the planning and delivery of learning programs which cater to the learning needs and requirements of different businesses – Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting and Enabling Areas

·       Acting as an advisor and a consultant to the stakeholders, scheduling periodic connects to assess team performance and alignment to strategy

·       Partner with G&D leadership on overall strategy for the business learning team and align delivery team accordingly

·       Periodic connects with G&D leadership team to discuss strategy, team and manager/lead performance

·       Lead and execute strategic projects over the span of the USI Learning delivery team

·       Project management and execute strategy across teams across geographies

·       Initiate, lead, drive and manage change in process. Collaborate closely with US counterparts to maximize standardization across both geographies

·       Multitasking, attention to detail and adherence to timelines

·       Manage a team of learning program delivery professionals including Managers and AMs/DMs

·       Coach and provide feedback to Assistant/Deputy Managers, Managers overcheckin discussions

·       Conduct skip level meetings with team members to assess leads/Managers effectiveness and coach accordingly

·       Delegate effectively and manage resources as per the workload

·       Ensure effective utilization of working hours with proper prioritization of work

·       Responsible for evaluation and managing overall performance

Talent Services (TS), a channel of the Deloitte Talent organization within the Enabling Areas business, deliver a breadth of Talent services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services model. TS focuses on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the Deloitte businesses or in support of the Talent Business Advisors and Talent Centers of Excellence (CoE’s).

Qualifications

Required:

·       15 to 20 years of relevant work experience in Learning coordination/Event Management

·       Cross-geography project management and delivering in ambiguity

·       To be adaptable and flexible and ability to perform under pressure

·       Experience managing multiple stakeholders including senior leadership

·       Handling teams of 50+

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Able to analyze data, identify key findings and create executive summaries

·       Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (Advanced level preferred) and PowerPoint

·       Attention to detail, and timelines, ability to prioritize and multi-task & time management.

·       Works effectively with diverse group of internal clients at all levels of the organization

·       Proven track record of synthesizing data and presenting results and recommendations to leadership
