Work you will do

As a Learning Vendor Management (LVM) Operations Analyst – Specialist (L4), you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of the organization’s Learning vendor ecosystem. Your expertise data, operations, performance analytics, and system alignment, will contribute significantly to delivering impactful vendor solutions, spend optimization, and supporting strategic business goals. You will be responsible for data collection, portfolio analysis, and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to process compliance that drive continuous improvement and innovation across G&D teams. In addition, you will be aligned to the following roles and responsibilities:

Operational Enablement & Support

·       Timely Communication: Provide real-time status updates and flagged risks on vendor performance, compliance, and contract milestones, giving the necessary context to make informed, timely decisions.

·       Resource Coordination: Coordinate vendor onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain critical documentation, and track key dates—minimizing administrative workload and optimizing vendor service continuity.

·       Learning Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a first point of contact, triage and resolve routine vendor or internal queries, and escalating high-impact issues to leaders quickly and clearly.

·       Decision Support: Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and business reviews, providing actionable trends used in performance planning and dialogue.

·       Project and Change Management: Support cross-functional projects (such as vendor transitions or platform migrations) by handling day-to-day logistics and communications that support the LVM strategic business goals.

·       Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Coordinate TPRM reviews, assessments, and documentation; proactively monitor and report on renewals, supplier risks, working closely with direct leader and stakeholder to ensure ongoing compliance.

·       Contract Support: Assist with contract repository format, documentation of net-new, renewals, amendments, and tracking; ensure all contracts are carefully reviewed, processed, and stored in accordance with policy and deadlines.

Data Analysis, Reporting & Value Delivery

·       Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and robust reporting to track KPIs such as vendor scorecards, engagement, usage-to-invoice validation, content and solution delivery rates, cost savings, and policy compliance.

·       Business Insights: Gather and analyze program usage and vendor data, providing draft summaries and insights to improve effectiveness, cost efficiency, or adoption.

·       Market Intelligence: Maintain current knowledge of G&D related market trends, pricing, and emerging learning solutions. Provide insights on vendor innovation, segmentation, compliance-oriented content, and requirements.

Process & Special Projects

·       Operational Alignment: Support targeted initiatives, such as pilot requests or platform/system migration, new vendor onboarding, and process automation to optimize service delivery to internal stakeholders.

·       Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Proactively document, track, and address any audit, compliance, and security concerns that arise during the vendor lifecycle; provide third-party risk reviews in partnership with direct leader and stakeholders.

·       Change & Innovation: Promote opportunities for leveraging automation, content formats, or delivery models to enhance G&D experience and business value.

Customer and Stakeholder Experience

·       Consultation & Education: Act as a trusted advisor to G&D stakeholders, enabling informed data selection of vendors and guiding business case process for requests.

·       Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and mediate vendor-stakeholder escalations to ensure quality outcomes and maintain positive relationships.

·       Communication Excellence: Tailor communications and reporting for G&D stakeholders, as appropriate.

Expected Outcomes & Example Tasks

·       Execution of vendor scorecards and data that directly link supplier performance to business and learner impact.

·       Smooth migration of vendor contracts to new content/technology repository platforms with minimal disruption.

·       Delivery of performance insights and quarterly business review data for vendor/supplier, supporting decision-making and spend optimization.

·       Rapid response and resolution of compliance-related issues in G&D sourcing or content delivery, renewals, and other process requirements.

Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Work Timing: 11 a.m. 8 p.m. (occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift)

Qualifications & Competencies

Experience

·       Preferred experience in learning operations, data analytics, vendor management, or procurement within a professional services context, including exposure to G&D technologies and vendors.

Technical & Analytical Skills

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and experience with G&D technology platforms and contract management databases.

·       Ability to create seamless reports, analyze vendor and learner data, and articulate business values that drive efficiencies and ensure compliance.

·       Demonstrated project management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Business and Interpersonal Skills

·       Experience cultivating strong stakeholder relationships to support complex business needs.

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication; adept at adjusting style for both business and technical audiences with internal stakeholders.

·       Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects in fast-paced environments.

·       Internal: G&D stakeholders, CoRe Procurement, Digital Enablement, TPRM, and other business unit leaders.

·       External: Representatives from Learning content and technology suppliers
