Work you will do
As an Instructional Designer (Senior Analyst), you will research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for WBT (Web-based training)/CBT (Computer-based training)/ILT (Instructor-led training). You will be required to work with different types of input material to create instructional content while applying various instructional strategies, models, and theories. You will design and use templates to capture instructional materials and visualize content along with graphic designers to develop graphics, animations, and so on. Additionally, you will also get to collaborate with subject matter experts, and in-house graphics and tech experts to make your products stand out. You will be aligned to the following roles and responsibilities:
· Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scoping and solutioning.
· Use authoring tools and templates to design and develop learning deliverables in line with project scope.
· Provide regular updates to project manager.
· Escalate any issues affecting timeliness or scope of instructional design/development project.
· Develop training materials associated with the assigned projects including instructor guides, participant guides, handouts, graphics and visuals, job aids. and self-study materials.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts.
· Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development.
Experience: 4-8 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Work Timing: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift)

Qualifications and experience required:
· Educational Qualification: Post-graduate with prior Instructional Design/Learning and Development experience. An MBA/PGDBM from a reputed business school desired.
· Minimum 4-8 years’ experience in a Learning and Development firm, having developed different training product types, such as application simulations, ILTs/VILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.
· Should be able to research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT.
· Worked with different types of input material to create instructional content.
· Applied various Instructional strategies, models, and theories to content.
· Used templates in developing instructional materials.
· Visualized content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of graphics, animations, and so on.
To be considered for this role, there are certain skills you should ideally have:
· Outstanding storyboarding and visualization skills and the ability to communicate their instructional ideas to the graphics and technical team members while developing learning solutions as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Demonstrate knowledge of courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Brainshark, ADAPT, Zoomforth, etc.
· Demonstrate strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and ability to interact at all levels.
· Demonstrate excellent writing and project management skills.
· Understand learning needs and project specifications.
· Ability to write crisp and effective instructions.
· Create storyboards for various delivery formats—ILT/CBT/WBT.
· Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Technology Experts in developing the product within given timelines.
· Must possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods to meet deadlines.
· Should be able to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team.
· Must possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
· Will proactively investigate and highlight risks to the project manager, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues and escalate issues as necessary.
