 Brief Description of the Role  

A Talent Business Analyst – Manager leads a team of Talent Business Analysts to deliver strategic Talent services that align with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with Talent Business Advisors and Business Leaders to design and implement impactful Talent strategies. The Manager oversees the evaluation of Talent programs, anticipates organizational trends, and drives innovative Talent solutions. Acting as a mentor and coach, they develop the capabilities of their team while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and alignment of Talent policies with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.

Work you’ll do

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Business Analysts to deliver strategic Talent services. 
  • Partner with Talent Business Advisors and Business Leaders to develop and execute Talent strategies. 
  • Analyze workforce data and key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making. 
  • Oversee and enhance Talent programs and processes to ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Anticipate organizational trends and propose innovative Talent solutions. 
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth. 
  • Monitor growth, attrition, and hiring trends to forecast future business needs. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Talent strategies align with business objectives. 
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new Talent-related technologies and processes. 
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance Talent management efficiency. 
  • Develop insights and strategic recommendations for senior leaders. 
  • Research and share industry best practices to elevate Talent management.   

 Qualifications  

Required:  

- Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree  

Preferred:  

- Certifications: SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent  

Experience: 9 to 12 years

  • Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that influence decision-making and align teams. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Adaptability: Agility to navigate changing business dynamics and priorities.
