Senior Development Facilitator - Manager

The Senior Development Facilitator - Manager position sits on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) within Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) in Deloitte Growth & Development.
Work you’ll do
The IFT works in live in-person, virtual and hybrid environments, as determined by our stakeholder needs.
Act as Senior Development Facilitator delivering leading-edge learning and development programs that align with learning and development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate select courses within the Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential curricula as well as the broader Growth and Development curricula
· Facilitate select internal courses focused on leadership and human potential
- Facilitate the Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) program
- Serve as a DFX coach for major milestone programs, as needed
- Facilitate other courses as assigned
- Support Senior Development Facilitators – Executive Managers in onboarding IFT and other facilitators through train-the-trainer sessions
- Suggest course improvements to program managers based on experience with facilitating the content.
- Coordinate with program delivery team to ensure materials and other logistics for course delivery are optimized. Note: This role does not include any development program management responsibilities
- Comfortable with travel – travel up to 40% of the time may be required. On average, will travel 3-4 times per month with increases during peak delivery periods. Majority of trips will be 2-3 days or less, occasionally longer when supporting special events such as milestone programs
- May have additional responsibility of coaching/mentoring and people management
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership and behaviors that speak to diversity and equity across the Deloitte
The team
DLHP supports leaders at all levels across Deloitte. The Internal Facilitation Team (IFT), which is part of DLHP, focuses on providing skilled facilitators to deliver key programs with maximum impact across the DLHP portfolio and US Growth & Development overall.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree; 8-12 years of facilitation experience
- 2-4 years of leading a team, preferred
- Strong facilitation skills, and demonstrated experience training professionals up to management level, across geographies, preferred
- Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives as it relates to course delivery
- Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programs
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency using MS Office Products
- Experience using design thinking and innovation practices
- Deloitte Facilitation Excellence (DFX) certification (internal facilitator certification) and DFX Master Certification or industry facilitation certification/accreditation equivalent, preferred
- Experience with Culture & Belonging as well as Well-being (Mental, Physical and/or Financial) facilitation, either internally at current workspace or externally, is a plus
- MBA or other advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or related field, preferred
- Awareness or deep knowledge of Industry (Telecom, Energy, Healthcare etc.) and Industry based Learning, preferred

Shift Timings – 11 AM – 8 PM
