The USI Tax Growth and Development team has pioneered in providing comprehensive learning solutions to the Tax Practice. Within the larger HR services umbrella, the USI Tax Growth and Development team owns the Learning and Development charter for the USI Tax practice. This team supports all India locations. The team works in conjunction with the Tax business to cover Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership skills.
Your Role:
- Team with USI Talent Services to review compliance reports weekly, and determine escalation of learners out of compliance (based on talent considerations - LOAs, transfers, etc.)
- Collaborate with Talent to ensure compliance reports and metrics are available to them during specific and regular intervals
- Communicate and promote the program to target participants
- Ensure the right audience is included in the mandatory audience on MCD - based on agreed business criteria (talent models)
- Drive the administration and logistics for program scheduling, registration, delivery, set up and reporting
- Manage and maintain program dashboards for participant and faculty nominations, communications,
- Collate program data (attendance, completions, feedback) and produce reports to share with Tax Chief People Officer (program sponsor)
- Process coach virtual course deliveries
- Update and manage content in internal learning portal and Intela
Work timings: 2PM – 11PM IST. Flexible with overlap of work hours with US and USI teams
Location: Hyderabad

Required
· Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
· 6+ Years’ experience in learning and development
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
· Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully
· Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
· Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
