Talent Business Analyst

As a Talent Business Analyst, you are responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent services.
What You Will Do:
As a Talent Business Analyst you will be the catalyst to the adoption of the change brought about by the transition to a new HRIS across the organization and ensure that the effectiveness of the Talent strategies are enhanced further by the efficiency of the operations processes and tools in the following ways:
- HR Data Processing & Administration:
Manage and process employee data transactions in systems like SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and HRIS, including changes, corrections, and mass updates through the ticketing system. - Data Quality & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits, validations, and reconciliations of HR data; ensure adherence to data governance and confidentiality standards. - Documentation & SOPs: Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to keep practices transparent and efficient.
- Data Management:
Produce routine and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, performance management); support with relevant data for analysis requests from Team, Talent channel and leadership. - Operational Collaboration:
Liaise along with the Talent teams like (Employee Life Cycle, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management) to resolve employee movement, mobility, and data-related issues. - System & Process Support:
Aid in system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, data migrations, and implementation of new tools or processes or automation. - Special Projects & Administrative Tasks:
Support function-specific or ad hoc requests, manage mailboxes, and participate in team meetings and quality/compliance reviews.
This role blends independent work with teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on accurate HR data management, compliance, process improvement, and delivering timely support across the employee lifecycle.

Education:
- Tier 3 Business Schools
- 3-6 Years

- Data management & accuracy: Strong attention to detail and proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Process orientation: Ability to create, follow, and document SOPs and processes.
- Analytical & problem-solving: Comfort with data analysis, troubleshooting, and audits.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork across virtual and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing business needs and systems.
- Technical aptitude: Proficiency with Excel and ease with new technologies.
- Confidentiality: High ethical standards in managing sensitive information.
