A Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Business Advisor in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. This individual will help the Business Advisor translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.
What You Will Do:
As a Business Analyst you will help to foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture in the following ways:
Proactively deliver value added metrics using appropriate tools that can be translated into meaningful information by Business advisors to help provide creative solutions on business issues; leverage analytics to break down internal and external factors influencing the business.
• Manages the analysis and evaluation of Talent programs and processes as directed by the Business Advisors (HRBP)
• Closely monitor the growth numbers, attrition trends, hiring order boards, skill set requirements and provide inputs on trend to help business forecast short term and long term headcount/skill needs
• Conduct external market analysis of such trends.
• Support Business Advisors in the launch of new initiatives such as a cross rotational programs and process improvement projects, by identifying opportunities across other FSS and sharing best practices that can be adopted
• Support Business Advisors in Collaborating with various COEs & CTS on aligning their strategies, programs and policies with the Business demand and requirements to ensure effective service delivery across the Talent channels (e.g. Deployment, Total Rewards, Acquisition, Development, CTS)
• Manage HR processes, and related workflows, through Success Factor and ServiceNow interface.
The Team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture
Qualifications:

Required:
• Education: MBA or Masters in HR
• Experience : 1 to 3 Yrs for Analyst
Preferred Skills:
• Study external industry practices through research articles, newsletters related to talent management/retention, changes in business operating model that can be adopted by business.
• Support Business Advisors to Serve as a cultural steward by collaborating with the Business Advisor to develop communications regarding Talent strategies, programs and services
• Work with business leaders and Business Unit FSS communications team to establish regular cadence/calendar of talent communications.
• Knowledge of Shared Services Operations and workflow: Service Now and Success Factor
• Knowledge of technology trends, analytics, compensation and benefits
• Provide insights on potential business implications by identifying trends/patterns from historical data such as performance management, compensation and help build action plans with improvements/refinements
