Manager – ISI Sourcing - Talent Acquisition
Work you’ll do:
• Oversee all aspects of Sourcing services in close collaboration with the ISI Sourcing Executive Manager.
• Collaborate with the EM to design and implement the external sourcing strategy for key talent profiles and work with the ISI Sourcing Executive Manager on where and how to discover talent for specific roles.
• Being a strategic advisory to our business leaders and helping them make the right decisions by giving them the current market insights and trends
• Manage and monitor the channel mix to best leverage referrals and agencies.
• Working on agency relationship management and managing the regular inflow of work load
• Manage recruiting metrics, pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting and diversity sourcing
• Partner with the BR team to build strategies for referrals, external campaigns, and requisition management.
• Provide proactive talent marketplace insights and provides a point of view to drive decision making on Talent Acquisition priorities
• Coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration and development to enhance the experiences of the Talent professionals
• Provide oversight and coaching for the sourcing team to ensure quality delivery and support career and skill development.
• Triage and monitor the workload of sourcing resources, ensuring balance and capacity across the team.
• Understand relevant market dynamics and how they impact the ability to hire critical talent.
• Review and maintain relevant metrics and analytics to provide recommendations on how to improve strategies and hiring processes.
• Ensure process and people compliance across the Sourcing team.
• Challenge the status quo, enabling the team to innovate and encouraging the sharing of best practices.
• Partner with Best Practices & Innovation (BP&&I) to implement new and innovative methods for brand awareness

Our ISI Sourcing team is placed within the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization with Talent solutions. The team works in an agile environment to meet the business needs of the organization and is instrumental in attracting the right talent to meet the ever-growing business demands. Qualifications:
- 9-12 years of recruiting experience with at least 8 years of overall work experience within Talent Acquisition
- Leads a team of 1-2 Assistant Managers / Deputy Managers
- Ability to drive process improvements amongst a large team
- Degree preferred.
- Organizational/ Project Management
