Manager – TIS – Digital & Analytics - Skills Transformation (Solutions Workstream)
Role summary
The USI D&A Skills Manager leads USI D&A delivery across next phase implementation and Wave 1 sustainment for the Skills landscape, ensuring alignment to program priorities, disciplined execution, and a mature support model.
This role is critical to the effective delivery, evolution, and sustainment of the organization’s Skills landscape by: leading the Skills D&A operations team and owning the sustainment support model; partnering with Deloitte Consulting Services, DT, and program leadership to align and prioritize wave and sustainment work (including vendor interactions and SOW/MSA delivery); identifying and escalating risks across technology, scope, resources, and timeline; and providing advisory support as the program transitions to a post-Wave 2 sustainment model.
Responsibilities:
· Work split: 20% sustainment (run) / 80% implementation (Skills next phase work)
- Lead the Skills D&A operations team to ensure the support model is working efficiently and meeting customer support goals.
- Drive process improvement and evolution of the Skills support model, especially sustainment (operational) reporting.
- Own monthly sustainment reporting for the Skills landscape (SkillsIQ and Skills Management Tool).
- Oversee sustainment interactions with the vendor to ensure issues are raised and addressed per vendor SLAs.
- Partner with DT and Deloitte Consulting Services to align prioritization of Wave and sustainment vendor-dependent work with program leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the USI Deloitte Consulting Services team to ensure deliverables in the signed SOW meet expectations.
- Partner with Deloitte Consulting Services and DT to drive build, test, cutover, and sustainment planning activities.
- Play a key advisory role in setting up the post-Wave 2 sustainment model, coordinating input from subject matter specialists and collateral from other Talent areas.
- Oversee the Skills USI D&A implementation delivery team to ensure work is delivered to defined expectations.
- Escalate operational and implementation risks (technology, resourcing, scope, timeline).
Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing execution across multiple workstreams.
- Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills (governance, prioritization, risk escalation).
- Experience managing vendor/SOW-based delivery and operational support motions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for program leadership-facing updates.
Work Location – Hyderabad
Shift timings – 2pm to 11pm
