Assistant Manager - TIS – Digital & Analytics Skills Lead — Skills Transformation (Solutions Workstream)
Role summary
The USI D&A Skills Lead (CL4) executes core sustainment and Wave 2 implementation work within the Skills D&A portfolio—balancing day-to-day operational support with hands-on delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
This role fills a critical hands-on execution gap by: managing key sustainment responsibilities (ticket triage, system access, SkillsIQ administration, reporting); supporting process and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and service quality; supporting build, test, and cutover activities while independently driving assigned implementation deliverables; identifying and escalating risks across technology, scope, resources, and timeline; and partnering with Deloitte Consulting Services and DT to support alignment across implementation and sustainment.
Responsibilities
· Work split: 50% sustainment (run) / 50% implementation (Skills Wave 2 work)
- Execute key sustainment activities: analyze and triage tickets, administer system access requests, perform SkillsIQ (Eightfold) system administration, and administer Wave 1 sustainment reporting.
- Support process improvement and evolution of the Skills support model, especially sustainment (operational) reporting.
- Support monthly sustainment reporting for the Skills landscape (SkillsIQ and Skills Management Tool).
- Partner with Deloitte Consulting Services and DT to support build, test, cutover, and sustainment planning activities.
- Independently drive assigned deliverables across the implementation lifecycle.
- Raise and escalate operational and implementation risks (technology, resourcing, scope, timeline).
Qualifications
- Experience in operational support and/or implementation delivery for HR/talent/skills or adjacent systems and reporting.
- Ability to manage tickets/requests, document work clearly, and execute repeatable operational processes.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple teams (e.g., DT and Deloitte Consulting Services).
- Comfort working across both run and change/implementation work.
Work Location – Hyderabad
Shift timings – 2pm to 11pm
