Qualifications
The candidate must have the ability to manage competing priorities with demonstrated flexibility in approach and attitude. Having an excellent understanding of the Firm’s goals and objectives and being highly self-motivated are key to success in this role. In addition, you will also have the following:
Required:
· Experience of 10-14 years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Certified)
· Configuration related to EC components including Foundation Objects, Generic Objects (MDF), Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason/Derivation, Data Models (Succession/CSF, Country-Specific), Custom MDFs, Business rules, RBP.
· Management of end-to-end access requests, Incidents and Change requests.
· Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors, APIs Integration with EC Payroll 3rd Party system & replication, SOAP & ODATA APIs.
· Release analysis H1 & H2 experience and testing system post upgrade.
· Knowledge of client copy and related tools.
· EC year end activities.
· Experience with handling customers and communicating with them well.
· Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge or work experience in Time-off module is preferred.
· Should have managed a team before and be able to guide the team on EC solutioning
· Strong communication skills
· Nice to have - RCM/ONB 2.0/ECP experience.
