CL3 — Senior Analyst | Go-to-Market
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to partner closely with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers to execute complex campaign components and contribute to strategic planning. You’ll analyze performance data, refine messaging, and coordinate with internal and alliance teams—helping manage stakeholder expectations while deepening your skills in digital marketing and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
Campaign Planning & Strategy Support
  • Shape messaging and positioning aligned to business objectives
  • Draft, edit, and refine campaign content and communications
  • Partner with Client Account Teams and Research & Insights to improve targeting and incorporate market trends
  • Build and maintain campaign toolkits, templates, newsletters, and dashboards for consistent execution and reporting
Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate and manage multi-channel campaigns (e.g., ABM, paid, PR, SEO/SEM, digital experiences)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to deploy thought leadership and marketing activations
  • Optimize event marketing using attendee feedback; support communications and logistics as needed
  • Refine demand generation messaging based on performance insights
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and proactively manage expectations
  • Mentor junior team members (review deliverables, support onboarding)
Measurement, Insights & Optimization
  • Conduct advanced performance analysis and translate findings into recommendations
  • Prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards and templates to track campaign effectiveness and outcomes

  • Quality assurance & process improvement — Reviews outputs for accuracy; improves standards and ways of working
  • Marketing platform proficiency — Uses tools to troubleshoot, improve execution, and enhance reporting
  • Adaptability & problem solving — Adjusts to shifting priorities and resolves routine execution challenges
Experience Required (Advanced Marketing Execution & Channel Strategy)
  • Analyze account and opportunity data to identify ABM/opportunity-based targets
  • Assess social engagement, recommend improvements, and benchmark competitors
  • Analyze website behavior and produce digital experience reports with recommendations
  • Coordinate email campaigns (copy, segmentation, engagement analysis)
  • Qualify leads, track engagement, and support audience segmentation for demand gen
  • Execute digital activations (video, podcasts, webcasts/webinars) including scripting and reporting
  • Execute SEO/SEM campaigns; analyze performance; develop landing page content
  • Support paid media (ad copy, optimization recommendations based on performance)
  • Manage event communications; collect feedback; support onsite troubleshooting
  • Propose content ideas based on market trends and keyword research (SEO-forward)
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing or communications (professional services preferred)
  • MBA preferred (any Master’s degree acceptable)
Work Environment & Shift Timings
Deloitte offers a hybrid working environment designed to support flexibility and business requirements.
  • In-office: Tuesday and Wednesday are designated work-from-office days
  • Schedule options:
    • Staggered: 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., or
    • 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
  • Business expectation: Availability until 11:00 p.m.
  • Shift timings and work arrangements may be temporarily adjusted based on business needs
