USI Solution Architect, Deputy Manager CBS
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and visionary Solution Architect. You will be responsible for ensuring all solution architectures in your purview are architecturally sound, fit for purpose and technically deliverable within the context of available people, process, and technology, actively supporting both the Bidding the Delivery processes.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions across CBS. You will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions by designing and delivering robust ServiceNow architectures that align with strategic objectives and enable transformative business outcomes.
Work you’ll do
In this role You will develop your Solution Design skills to be able to move from reviewing to participating in design projects where you will:
- Collaborate with Senior Technical Architects and Solution Architects to contribute to the technical design and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure. This will include researching technical solutions and best practice approaches and contributing to technical design documentation
- Where needed assist in analysing existing systems to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Contribute and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Provide technical support to project teams and be able to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment with the proposed design.
- Interface with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and application owners across Business lines, Operations, Development teams, Business Change in the designs.
Location: Hyderabad
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Essential
· Certified in Microsoft / AWS, Infrastructure / development
Desirable:
· Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
· Microsoft / AWS AI Certified
· Demonstrated leadership in solution implementations
· Familiarity with AI technologies, within or externally to ServiceNow Solutions
