Senior Analyst – Web Content Management (Ireland) - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our digital team in a role focused on web content management and operations. This role will support the updating, maintenance, and governance of website content across digital platforms, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, properly tagged, and published in line with established workflows and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with online content management systems, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders to support timely and efficient content delivery. This role is suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain high publishing accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in content management processes and user experience.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Content operations & web request management
· Manage end-to-end web requests from brief to publication, including wireframing, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-promotion.
· Develop webpage prototypes as visual aids for discussions with stakeholders, leveraging latest AI technology to support this.
· Ongoing review and maintenance of key theme/topics pages that align with overall marketing team goals.
· Publish content on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
· Identify opportunities for content reuse and cross promotion for campaign launches.
· Communicate with stakeholders on web requests and projects, including project planning and implementation.
· Collaborate with Webmaster, Insights & Analytics specialist, and other Centres of Excellence to deliver high-impact, measurable content outcomes on the website.
· Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content.
· Help define and maintain future content models, taxonomy structures, and metadata standards to enable content reuse and omnichannel activation.
· Contribute towards refining the content management process, leveraging latest technology and AI solutions and sharing knowledge with the team.
Quality assurance & governance
- all web deliverables against SEO best practice, web accessibility (WCAG), brand guidelines and user experience standards.
- Ensure content is structured and optimized for AI-driven applications, including LLMs and AI overviews.
- Ensure compliance with content governance principles, including taxonomy standards, tagging conventions, and archiving procedures.
- Escalate and resolve content-related issues, publishing blockers, and stakeholder concerns.
- Optimize content management workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements to increase team efficiency.
· Support with conducting content audits and gap analyses to evaluate existing content and identify restructuring needs.
· Leverage Google Search Console (GSC) and CrownPeak for optimising and fixing issues to improve site health and search rankings.
· Help develop and track key performance indicators like content accuracy %, publishing turnaround time, content audit completion rates.
Global & EMEA team alignment & testing
- Liaise with the Global and EMEA Global Digital teams for testing new web platform and personalisation functionalities.
- Attend the global initiative/office hours calls and stay informed about new features and implementations, understand Global Digital priorities, web practice and upcoming projects, and to also establish self within the Digital community across the network.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the EMEA counterparts and stakeholders, both in India and across the Global network.
- Monitor and communicate global web projects and initiatives that impact the local team to the Head of Digital.

Qualifications:
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in content management, web publishing, or digital content operations roles.
· Experience working with content management systems and website publishing workflows, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
· Good understanding of content governance principles, including taxonomy, tagging, archiving, and content quality standards.
· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publishing.
· Experience managing webpage content and supporting ongoing content maintenance across digital platforms.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, manage multiple assignments, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and cultures in a virtual environment.
· Working knowledge of site health tools such as Google Search Console, Crownpeak or similar platforms would be an advantage.
· Ability to learn new technologies and process quickly is advantageous.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel would be beneficial.
· A postgraduate degree and experience in content management or knowledge management environments would be preferred.
