Senior Analyst – Search & Social Media Marketing specialist (Ireland) - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our digital marketing team. This role spans technical SEO, content management, and social media marketing, with a focus on driving search visibility, audience engagement, and digital performance. This role will support the creation, optimization, and management of digital content across web and social channels, while executing integrated marketing campaigns and managing paid social initiatives that enhance audience engagement, search visibility, and digital performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical SEO knowledge, content coordination skills, hands-on social media experience, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. This role is suited to someone who can work collaboratively, manage assigned priorities effectively, and use performance insights to improve content quality and campaign outcomes.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Technical SEO & site optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability issues, site architecture problems, and indexation barriers
- Implement and manage structured data markup (Schema.org) to enhance search visibility and rich snippet eligibility
- Optimize website performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability) and support remediation efforts
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags to ensure proper site crawlability and indexation
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using Google Search Console, Crownpeak, and SEMrush
- Support redirects, and URL structure changes with proper SEO implementation
- Conduct regular technical health checks and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Content Management & on-page SEO
- Manage website content updates and maintenance using content management systems, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
- Edit, and optimise content for landing pages with attention to clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Apply on-page SEO & GEO best practices, including keyword placement, metadata updates, internal linking, page structure, and content formatting.
- Support keyword research, prompt research, content optimisation, and search-led recommendations for improving discoverability.
- Assist with content audits to identify outdated, duplicative, or underperforming content and manage the implementation of updates and improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content inputs, validate requirements, and support the delivery of relevant and user-friendly digital content.
- Analyze search performance data to identify trends and opportunities of improvement and create search performance dashboards and reports highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Social Media management & paid campaigns
- Support the Social Media Lead with day-to-day social media posting across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other assigned platforms.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct social listening activities to track brand mentions, industry conversations, and audience sentiment.

Qualifications:
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in SEO, content management, digital marketing, SEO, social media, or related roles.
· Demonstrated experience with technical SEO concepts and implementation.
· Experience working with content management systems and website publishing workflows.
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with close attention to detail, usability, and brand consistency.
· Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword optimisation, metadata, internal linking, page structure, and performance tracking.
· Experience supporting digital campaigns across web, search and social media channels.
· Working knowledge of and hands on experience with social media publishing, content planning, and audience engagement practices.
· Working knowledge of paid social platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
· Ability to interpret website, content, and campaign performance data and turn insights into practical actions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; ability to manage trackers, reports, presentations, and documentation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and stakeholder coordination.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Crownpeak, SEMrush, or similar tools would be an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; digital marketing or SEO certifications would be an advantage.
