Senior Analyst– CRM-Marketing Engagement Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As a Senior analyst, you would closely interact with Deloitte's internal stakeholders and support their CRM system and direct email marketing programs, which include managing campaign-related data in CRM and sending internal and external emails using Marketo. As a Senior Analyst, you would lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing automation initiatives using the Marketo platform. This role acts as a subject matter expert, collaborating across marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive campaign success, enhance lead management processes, and deliver actionable insights for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- · Strategic Campaign Design & Execution
- Ø Set up advanced campaign workflows, including multi-stream nurture programs, progressive profiling, and behavior-based triggers.
- Ø Create and manage tokenized templates using Program Member Custom Fields (PMCF), ensuring modularity and scalability.
- Ø Build and maintain audience segments within Marketo to implement dynamic content blocks in emails and landing pages to deliver tailored experiences.
- Ø Troubleshoot rendering issues across clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.)
- Ø Set up and manage integrations with platforms like LinkedIn Lead Gen, Deloitte AEM landing pages.
- Ø Implement Bot Activity detection & filtration by using custom logic to ensure accurate engagement tracking.
- Ø Build and optimize Email & Landing page A/B tests across subject lines, content blocks, and CTA strategies using Marketo’s native testing tools
- Ø Implement and manage UTM parameter strategies to track and report on user-level engagement using personalized URLs. (web personalization-PURLs).
- · CRM (Salesforce) Management
- Ø Work closely with CRM admins to ensure accurate, real-time data sync between Marketo and Salesforce. Understand the Integration model and APIs like MuleSoft.
- Ø Write and troubleshoot SOQL queries for performing various data import & export for different objects (e.g., Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, etc.)
- Ø Use Salesforce Inspector to quality check and debug data issues.
- Ø Configure and validate field mappings, campaign associations, and attribution models.
- Ø Creation of custom reports & dashboards for campaign performance overview.
- · Event/Webinar Lifecycle Management
- Ø Automate waitlisting and streamlining attendees tracking using Event Cap functionality.
- Ø Implementing QR code-based check-in for Events & webinars by integrating Marketo with external tools.
- Ø Build end-to-end custom registrations and dynamic forms for events and webinars using the Cvent tool.
- · Data & Performance Analysis
- Ø Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI using Revenue Explorer reports.
- Ø Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and marketing attribution.
- Ø Perform regular Data audits & take due diligence for performance optimization.
- Ø Configure time-based triggers to detect and respond to inactive user behaviors within defined workflows.
- Ø Monitor deliverability, bounce management, and spam health metrics
- Ø Understand and apply Marketo’s data retention policies, especially as they relate to smart lists.
- Ø Interpret lead activity logs for actionable behavioral insights for campaign optimization.
- · Platform & Process Optimization
- Ø Oversee data hygiene, compliance (GDPR, and integration with CRM and other platforms).
- Ø Create a dynamic preference center to manage subscriptions and capture communication preferences.
- Ø Identify opportunities to streamline and determine redundant processes.
- Ø Document operational workflows, campaign templates, and standardize best practices for consistency and scalability
- Ø Maintain naming conventions & create appropriate workflows to automate existing campaign flow processes.
- · Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketo-related projects and initiatives.
- Ø Design actionable reports for stakeholders, surfacing insights, and provide time-series analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Ø Mentor and train new team members on Marketo & CRM best practices.
- · Project Management
- Ø Strong Understanding of Project management tools like ServiceNow, Monday.com
- Ø Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and conflict management.
- Ø Configure and manage a dedicated mailbox for Campaign Support and monitored response.
- Ø Proactively assess data and processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.

The team
The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications Required:
• MBA or master’s degree in marketing, BTech/BE, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of Hands-on experience with any marketing automation platforms. (Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC, etc.)
• Marketo Certified Expert is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting (Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Marketo Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email developments & Landing page customizations
• strong debugging skills across Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) & CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Cvent will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in PowerBi, SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, and related tools for deep data analysis.
• Solid grasp of email marketing best practices: compliance, Data privacy regulations, deliverability, and performance optimization.
• Experience in B2B marketing or enterprise environments.
