Consulting QRM – Senior Analyst, Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP)

Grow as a product owner and analytics lead by owning enterprise tools (PowerBI), advancing automation and GenAI capabilities, and partnering with senior stakeholders on highimpact, firmwide initiatives.

The team

Quality & Risk Management (QRM) supports the Technology & Transformation and Operate practice to provide advisory and management support services across various stages of the engagement lifecycle from sales to operate, promoting quality and risk standards including project delivery methods and tools to achieve delivery excellence.

Work you’ll do

As a Senior Analyst, you will focus on owning and evolving QRM’s Engagement Insight Tool and other Power BI reporting products. You’ll manage data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback, and ensure metrics remain accurate, timely, and aligned with upstream system changes. You’ll also design and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline recurring and adhoc reporting, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency across Service Excellence reporting.

Beyond daytoday reporting, you’ll act as a product and process owner supporting quarterly planning and Regulatory, Quality Risk and Reputation (RQRR) reporting, maintaining clear data definitions and governance, and partnering closely with Service Excellence leadership and crossfunctional teams. You’ll contribute to advanced and predictive analytics initiatives, provide technical guidance to users of analytics products, and continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, scalability, and tooling, including leveraging GenAI where appropriate.

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), with intermediate experience in Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience owning or supporting enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, building automated reporting/workflow solutions, and delivering reporting in risk, quality, compliance, or operational excellence environments would be an advantage.

Role Expectations & Experience Required:

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows to support recurring and ad‑hoc Service Excellence reporting.
  • Own the end‑to‑end management of QRM’s Engagement Insight Tool and other PowerBI reports, including data refreshes, debugging efforts, and incorporating continuous feedback.
  • Support analytics‑driven initiatives leveraging Service Excellence data, including predictive and advanced analytics use cases.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation and streamlined reporting processes.
  • Maintain and update datasets on established cadences to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Service Excellence metrics.
  • Ensure reporting remains current and aligned with changes resulting from firm‑wide system or tool rollouts that impact upstream data sources.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on data quality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous, fast‑paced, and time‑sensitive environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Lead quarterly planning and reporting activities, coordinating KPI inputs across functions to build the content required for RQRR reporting.
  • Excellent team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously, result-driven and good project management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to business needs as it evolves.
