RPA Developer Senior Analyst– ITS Automation CoE – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The Automation CoE is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units for Deloitte Member firm.

Work you’ll do

As a part this team, you will:

·       Work as an Senior Analyst in the ITS Automation CoE Team.

·       Deliver and support enterprise-grade RPA Bots and Copilot agents integrated with core systems, ensuring production supportability, auditability, and adherence to tenant controls and governance requirements (e.g., Data Loss Prevention (DLP)).

·       Build and Support modern solutions within the Automation CoE environment leveraging emerging technologies.

·       Work with databases using Entity Framework and SQL

·       Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and automation solutions.

·       Design, deliver and support Automation solutions built on various RPA tools like UI path/power automation.

·       Build Copilot Studio agents (topics, generative answers, actions) and publish to Teams, including secure authentication and role-based access.

·       Manage risks and apply governance requirements DLP compliance, least-privilege access, environment strategy, data residency considerations, and audit logging.

·       Produce delivery artefacts, technical design notes, solution diagrams, deployment steps, runbooks, and test evidence.

·       Monitor telemetry, triage incidents/defects, and continuously improve reliability and performance.

·       Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, demo iteratively, and communicate updates.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Automation Development:

·       Minimum 3 years development experience with Power Platform & RPA tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere.

·       Experience with Microsoft Copilot as part of the Power Platform ecosystem.

Azure Services:

·       Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.

Microsoft Copilot:

·       Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.

SQL:

·       Proficiency in SQL, databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries.

Web Services:

·       Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML.

Additional Technical Skills:

·       Desirable experience in writing interfaces and third-party integrations.

·       Preferred experience in designing and implementing chatbots.

·       Desirable experience in General AI development in Power Platform and other platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP).

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

·       Proven problem-solving ability, using sound judgement and experience.

·       Effective at researching information and analyzing data to support recommendations.

·       Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

·       Confident and professional when presenting and engaging with stakeholders.

·       Builds and maintains productive, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Project Management and Delivery Methodologies:

·       Experience with agile methodologies and waterfall project delivery approaches.

·       Demonstrated ability to deliver without significant senior support/escalation.

·       Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver work within tight timeframes.

·       Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.

Self-Management and Teamwork:

·       Self-motivated and proactive, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

·       Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
