Overview
A Product Analyst is an entry-level individual contributor focused on supporting Product Managers on product teams. This role involves learning the craft of product management and contributing to the achievement of product value as part of an empowered, cross-functional product team. This includes analyzing product data, measuring outcomes, and providing insights to drive to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Accountability and Value Visibility
- Collaborate with product managers, the product team, and the product community to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to provide actionable insights for product teams
- Develop and maintain an outcome learning canvas and other radiators of product performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Vision and Strategy
- Co-create the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Co-create product objectives in alignment with the product line and business goals.
- Co-create in collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, experience, and delivery.
- Market and User Engagement
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis with an empowered product team.
- Engage with users and stakeholders through continuous research and direct interactions.
- Collaborate and guide the team toward solutions that address priority user and business needs.
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work side-by-side with cross-functional (business, engineering, experience, and delivery) team members to achieve KPI outcomes.
- Support the team in developing a shared understanding of product needs and the evolution of solutions to meet them.

- Learn the craft of product management by practicing and honing end-to-end achievement of value.

Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
