Work you will do:
As part of the Vendor Management Office - Your responsibilities include:
• Review contracts and ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Have discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, obligations, and changes to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendors and internal business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships (e.g., data security, regulatory compliance).
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to assess and manage risks posed by third-party vendors.
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing risk assessments to ensure vendors meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to Third Party Risk Management activities.
• Review purchase orders and invoices in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Reconcile discrepancies between POs, invoices, and received goods/services.
• Support processes by resolving Purchase orders and invoice-related issues and ensuring prompt payment.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including documentation, training, and system integration.
• Prepare and deliver regular and adhoc reports on procurement and invoicing, vendor performance, compliance status, contract milestones, and risk assessments to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement improvements to vendor management processes.

Technology Business Management (TBM):
The Technology Management Office is the engine of the ITS organization, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and fiscally-sound technology operation. This multi-disciplinary team runs IT as a business by transforming IT finance, reporting project portfolio metrics, quality, deployment, delivery, and adoption, and building the IT workforce of the future.
Vendor Management Office (VMO):
The VMO is part of the TBM team under the DT-US group. The Vendor Management Office oversees the selection, management, and optimization of third-party vendor relationships to support business goals and manage risk.
The Vendor Management Office team’s scope includes vendor selection and onboarding, contract reviews, performance monitoring, relationship management, risk and compliance oversight, third-party risk management (TPRM), purchase orders and invoicing.
Qualifications required:
Education: B Com, MBA or Equivalent Degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
Required skills:
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including renewals and amendments
• Proven experience in having key discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders to align on contract terms, obligations, and changes.
• Proficiency in analyzing vendor performance data, KPIs, and risk metrics to support decision-making
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, third-party risk management, and compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of vendor management systems, procurement platforms, and related technology tools (e.g., SAP, ARIBA, vendor scorecards).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder interactions.
• Demonstrated capability to resolve vendor disputes, address performance issues, and reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience: 6-9 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or supply chain operations.
