Performance Excellence Reporting – Analyst

This position is responsible for data analysis and reporting needs for OSI in support of Workplace Experience. The Analyst will support the OSI US team, working with internal clients at Administrative Services, Office Experience, hoteling and local meetings, space management, Meeting & Event Services, and other Business Services teams, to support and implement high-quality and data-driven decisions.

Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building, editing, updating, and improving reports (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

• Report creation based on data coming from a variety of business systems and data warehouses (SQL queries, Hana, MS Access database)

• Creating macro driven Excel workbooks, increasing efficiencies and best practices

• Maintenance of SharePoint sites and updating of procedural documents

• Maintain a high level of accuracy on all reports and projects

The role performs a variety of data analysis and reporting needs related to, but not limited to headcount, meetings, and financial metrics. Supports the implementation of various strategic priorities as it relates to OSI and Business Services initiatives. Participates in a variety of special projects, studies, and related activities regarding data analysis, business operations, and general data management duties.

As a Reporting Analyst at Deloitte your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting OSI’s Business Intelligence and Analytic initiatives

• Growing the analytics and Business Intelligence across teams or clients supported by OSI

• Administering and execute work processes using broad knowledge of business programs to ensure data analysis and reporting objectives

• Providing first line resolution and customer support for data requests and partnering with OSI Performance Excellence peers and management accordingly

• Assisting in the execution of reporting, documentation, and general project work

• Supporting reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Maintenance of daily/period/monthly reports

• Delivering daily, periodic, and monthly reports to customers as per schedule

Relevant Business and Technical Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, including leadership

• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and consistency in order to drive business insights through descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis

• Ability to analyze and report data using interactive visualization

• Ability to understand various business processes and internal applications

Primary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative and analytical background preferred

• 3-5 years of related work experience in a data-driven role

• Strong time management and presentation skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines, and work overtime when needed

• Ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe

Work Timings: 2pm – 11 pm

Location: Hyderabad
