Analyst – Web Team – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team that provides dedicated content management support to the Belgium Digital team, delivering quality, timely page builds and updates to the corporate website, associated external platforms and the intranet. We are specifically looking for professionals with technical knowledge and experience in content management systems - preferably Adobe Experience Manager - and HTML.
Work you’ll do
As a member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee the deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of our websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimised for user engagement and SEO.
- Implement and modify website layouts/interfaces and enhance visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
- Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content
- Develop an expert understanding of our online brand guidelines.
- Utilise Adobe Analytics to track website performance metrics and generate reports to influence website strategies.
- Analyse data trends to make informed decisions that enhance user engagement and site performance.
- Building industry and services knowledge of Deloitte
- Provide a consultative approach to improve the UX and user journey on all digital platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the website is user-friendly and meets the expectations of a diverse audience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website management matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their goals are met through effective website strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of web projects.
- Work with our global online team to ensure alignment with global campaigns and initiatives.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduates or PG's with marketing specialisation is preferable
- 1-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
- Good client management and relationship building skills
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Teaming skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of branding and content workflow guidelines standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
