Internal Communications - Deputy Manager

Marketing and Communications CoE: Tax Internal Communications


Work you'll do:

Support the Tax Communications lead and work across editorial platforms. Demonstrate project management skills by delivering assigned projects on time, aligned with the key strategic objectives of the business, while developing innovative and engaging communications.

  • Will work closely with the USI Tax leadership teams to develop and execute communication projects aligned to the business priorities.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, write and disseminate business communications through various communication

  • Creatively package key business updates for various internal business events and leadership meetings, as well as work with graphics resources as needed.

  • Own the development of leadership communications, key talking points, leadership reviews,

  • Enhance communication and messaging coordination, clarity, and context, in line with Brand and Communications guidelines.

  • Prioritize and manage the business and leadership expectations based on overall priorities and available

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Deloitte's business and build messaging to positively position the Tax business

  • Develop and drive effective metrics to measure the impact of communications

  • Interface with relevant teams to coordinate publication of communications on associated portals.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. (IST)

The team:

USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in driving greater engagement internally and externally. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation - intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communication and leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate

o Post Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English preferred.

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience

  • Good command over the English language

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
