Work you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics Scrum Agile Specialist to join our team and support project management efforts. This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of marketing analytics projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing analytics, Agile Scrum practices, and have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, supporting project management efforts.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
Mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project management for marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reports, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Coordinate resource allocation, manage dependencies, and balance priorities across multiple concurrent analytics projects.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with marketing teams to understand analytics needs and partner with Product Owners to deliver solutions.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Successful candidate will possess:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Collaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentality
Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
Familiarity with marketing analytics strategies and tools.
Experience in a consulting environment.
Educational / work experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics and Agile project management.
Proficiency in analytics tools, Tableau preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, Professional Scrum Master / Certified Scrum Master / other agile certification a plus.
Strong proficiency in agile project management software (i.e. JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other)
Proficiency in agile team effectiveness reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
